Congress musta passed a doosey for this to happen! I guess 3.6 really isn't that big but then I've never been in an area before during an Earth Quake. I'll bet you west coasters have though.

I lived in So Cal until 1993 so I definitely experienced a few "rollers". Wendell and I have been through quite a few, including the Landers/Big Bear one in 1992. (7.3 and 6.5) THAT was something else! We were on the 2nd floor of our condo when that happened and I tell ya you feel it more upstairs than downstairs! I was freaking out but HE thought it was "fun" and just stood in the doorway enjoying it like he was on a ride at an amusement park. Crazy man... :-O
