I found this interesting.
There are a few of those videos I need to watch.

I think it is designed for people that get tired of trying to explain over the phone to their parents or grandparents how to do something with the computer. You just pick the appropriate video and send it their way.

I started to put this under Humor category.

Now these come along. I am my sisters' and mom's tech support, wish there had been something like that 5 years ago when Mom decided to join the computer age. Today she hosts her own web page and has a huge Facebook page.
