Maybe I'm just an old geek geezer, but I got seriously excited to learn that you can buy a brand new "IBM Model M" style keyboard from UNICOM, INC. I will be ordering two post haste. Bonus they are made right here in the good old USA.

I'm using an original one right now - still works perfectly

The "feel" of the keyboard is one of those things that makes me prefer IBM and Lenovo

The buckling spring ("clicker") keyboards from PCKeyboard.com are all I purchase for my own PC's. They are fantastic.

A lot of the high end gaming keyboards are mechanical in design too, but cost $150ish.

I recently dismembered one of those. Still going strong.
I gave it to my daughter as a present of a "keyless keyboard".
She often rattles on about my typing.
It sure was/ is a robust device.
