I would be wondering who snuck in during the night and put up a tent that close to my $400,000 RV where I am safely observing wildlife doing what it does every day to survive.

(Please note:?ÿ Camping is next to getting a root canal on my list of favorite things to do.)

Being in Idaho I would reconsider my thoughts on the pace of our changing climate..?ÿ

I'd do what I normally do.

Find a tree, and wet it.....

Thanks

We almost never camp just to go camping, but often do (in more normal years) to save money while traveling and to be at events such as music festivals.

We use a tent or sleep on a platform in the back of the van (storage underneath). The van is more difficult in some ways but is nice in a rain or windstorm. At one festival the wind destroyed some tents, but I saved ours by laying there with my feet bracing the inside.

That's close, buy I'm with Holy Cow on this one. I want a bed, a bathroom, with shower, A/C and binoculars, and a bazooka in case a bear or raccoon rips the door off the motorhome. ?????ÿ

Camping, canoeing, skiing, rock climbing, bungee jumping.?ÿ A short list of the 101,000 things you can forget planning to watch me do.?ÿ Had no interest when I was young and capable, sure as heck have no interest today.?ÿ Years ago I worked at a place with about 1400 employees.?ÿ On far too many Monday mornings I would overhear co-workers discussing their aches, pains, injuries, etc. that they had acquired over the weekend while doing such things, including playing about 10 games of slow pitch softball in 100+ degree weather and burning themselves to a crisp.?ÿ The ones who went canoeing were the biggest bunch of whiners I ever knew.?ÿ Thus I coined the phrase:?ÿ Sane people do not canoe.
