Anybody bought a house lately with the new lender rules in effect?
Sheesh!
I bet I've signed and initialed a hundred pieces of paper.
I thought we signed the last one today but found out there's even more since we want the ownership to be the family trust, not husband and wife as joint tenants.

Yes, that's all fine and good, Dave, but did you have a survey made of the property?

I bought my farm without a survey.
Of course I had surveyed the 1/2 of the property 10 years earlier and I had the original survey of it in my file for the other half.
Then whenever we got slow, we would go work on it and survey and mark the lines.
