Hip Hip Hurray for Canberra University's step towards asserting the notion of a global human right to clean potable water.

Canberra uni to ban bottled water

The bottling of water straight out of public waterways and aquifers is a huge problem and only getting worse as Nestle, Coca Cola, Pepsi and other large multi-national water vampires scour the globe looking to bully govenments into accepting the notion of water rights being directly tied to property rights, (simular to rare earth minerals) when no previous relation ever existed between the two, especially in Western and Central Asia.

I hear ya, plus the BPH's are making my estrogen levels rise!
I only wonder if the PVC in my 5 gallon water jug has the same problem?
BTW the same chemical is in a lot of canned goods and other things we don't even know about yet.
And where's the EPA to help the consumer out on this one?
A Sleep at the Wheel and I’m not talking about one of my favorite Texas musicians!

Bottled Water Down Under.... Adam

The very people who bitch about the cost of mains water for domestic use purchase drink this bottled water. Domestic use cost 0.2c /litre bottled works out over $2 litre. I can see why the big companies like suckers as their percentage return is astronomical , even allowing for

Have to also chuckle at whimps who walk every where clutching a bottle of water, even on a cool day.

I am afraid they would not make good surveyors !

Those "whimps" may have the last laugh. A colleague, the son of a urologist, once quoted his father as saying, "If everyone would drink 8 glasses of water a day, I'd be out of business."

The fact is that you *almost* can't drink too much water. I'm trying to drink more, but it takes focus to actually get through 8 glasses in a day (more if you're working hard enough to break a sweat).

Water...

The urologist is right. I learned that the hard way! When I was a lot younger (teens and young adult) I refused to drink water. Only sodas, juice, basically junk stuff. I always had kidney and bladder infections, even stones now and then. My urologist told me I needed to drink more water or else I would eventually damage my kidneys. I blew it off until I got a real bad kidney infection that hurt so damn bad I wanted to die!! The suckers were bleeding!! That really took the wind out of my sails.

After that kidney infection I got into the habit of drinking water. First I used lemon in it and only drank 1-2 glasses a day, but eventually I just drank it as it is. I gave up all sodas sans my root beer and Vernors. I'll get water only, when we're out to eat, and I always have a bottle by me or with me to sip off of. I get my 8 in easily and then some. Plus my skin stays clear, and I have not had one kidney infection ever since that last bad one. Been doing this for 2 decades now and it's just a habit like brushing teeth. I did the same with flossing my choppers too. Now I'd feel like I was missing something if had a day where I didn't drink any water or not floss my teeth. Feels weird!!! 😛

Consuming plenty of water at an older age will provide the stimulus to get up and keep track of what is going on around your area at night. Kind of broadens your horizons and knowledge of the goings on of the nocturnal element around your abode.

I was looking for some info to share with you about a lady that died from drinking too much water in a dumb contest on a radio station here is Sacramento and came across this article. The person with the first question want to increase his water intake but I cut that part off by accident. Enjoy!

Could I be putting myself within harm's way?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How long will it bring me toAnswers: The answer is you might. Water toxicity is a real issue and the principal problem is a condition called hyponatremia-too low sodium. This causes in a hurry problems because of cerebral edema (you're brain is swollen from excess water) and other issues that result from electrolyte imbalance. Symptoms can include cardiac irregularities, confusion, and coma (to signature a few). It's scary stuff to watch someone be in motion through it! (I nursed a patient with acute hyponatremia. She didn't even know who she be at the time!)
If you're drinking 1-3 liters a day and finding that you feel nutritious you're probably drinking enough. You get hose through any beverage you consume as well as all the food you bring in. The only time you'd involve to drink more water is if you are losing more, i.e. perspiring like mad because of activity, vomiting, etc.
Hope this helps!

Help! i have a sneaking suspicion thatthe recommended is something like 2 liters a day. it would make sense to drink more if you be larger I guess but I don't see why you'd have to? I mean if you're lviing past its sell-by date what you have now next what's the point in increasing?

1 - 3 litres is plenty.
and yes if you drink too much water you can die because you drown your body internally. I wouldn't walk OTT with drinking water.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How to lower body chubby?I'm near you runners can become electrolite inbalanced because of the of eletrolites expended in the run and none going in the body but these are drastically extreme cercumstances. Althought this was a rare accurance decades backbone now it's like non exsistant due to sports drinks close to Gatorade. My cousin take a gallon or more to work everyday. So drink on. The contest you are talking more or less was for a Nintendo Wii. She died of water toxicity, which necessarily causes your heart to stop, but she drank ALOT of water and did not pee it out.

With sea intake, drink enough to stave off your thirst. Don't be aware of you have to drink water freshly to drink it. The foods you eat and other drinks, like soda, juice, etc.. have water contained by it too.

So an answer to your question is no, you are not putting yourself contained by harms way. Your body will get rid of any extra river .. just be near a toilet, tree, etc when character calls.
