I have just discovered this site thanks to RADU.
I was a long time junkie of RPLS.com (mid 90's to 2010) but had drifted away due to retirement and the new RPLS board.
In scrolling through the posts I notice some of the old comrades. I did enjoy some of the offbeat discussions in the old days of the board.
This new board shows promise.
Cheers

Hey, I remember you! Glad to see you, I don't post much.
Julie
Welcome. Welcome. Welcome.
Jump right in. The water's just right.
A few of us appear to be a bit different than in the past. My former moniker was Hole Digger on RPLS.com.
Glad to see you back.
I'm a bit different but my moniker is the same.
Glad you made the way here.
I was sure that you were already among us already, but welcome just the same.
Must have heard your ears burning, cause I'm sure you have been mentioned around these parts from time to time.......
Hey Graham,
Pretty much the same frogs hopping around a different pond 😉

Hey - you gotta kiss some frogs to find a prince.
Not sure how that really applies, but I have been waiting to use that phrase for weeks now and you said "frogs" so I went for it.
Brother Graham-
How's Metro Perth ?
I note serious flooding in NSW
http://www.abc.net.au/news/2012-02-03/nsw-flooding-could-take-months-to-clean-up/3811138
Heard any news about the NSW surveyors' Copyright royalties rolling out yet ?
Cheers,
Derek
Brother Derek
Perth is hot as usual this time of year.
Last Saturday was 42c (thats 108 for our American colleagues) in the middle of a 6 day stretch above 38 (100). Today is a cool 27c(80).
Please send a consignment of your fine Canadian whisky complete with ice so that I can recover from the heat.
I have not kept up to date with the copyright business since I retired.
Cheers
Graham
