I told Cindy I wanted a stainless steel cookware set. I've already made a pot of habanero chili.

The kids got me an itunes gift card and a picture of Spongebob Sqaurepants:-) on my cream cheese red velvet cake.

Not bad.

All I can do with the cake is look at it, even if it was sitting on a table in front of me.

Anyway, I like Chocolate better.

Dang, Phillip, nice pots and pans!! That's something Wendell would LOVE to get. Me...I'd love giving it to him because I don't do the cooking around here. hehehehe 😛

When was your Birthday??? Mine was today. I got a dinner to Oliver Garden, a card, and 6 movies from the kid. That's it. But I'm going to take a trip somewhere so that is going to be my big gift. :-):cake: :gift:

Very nice set Phillip. Mine are Revereware and the ones with the copper bottoms. Inherited them from my grandmother years ago.

Olive Garden? Have you even actually ate a meal there? Every time I go, almost the entire meal goes home with me. After all the bread and their 'near' perfect salads I am usually too stuffed to eat the main course.

It's one of my favorite places to eat in Lawton. Always great service at ours and the food has been very consistent.

Our Red Lobster is terrible and very erratic both in service and in meal quality.

Very nice, Phillip. I was out of town on a construction project for 4 years and my wife got me a nice set of stainless steel cookware for use out there. The project is over now and the cabinets are "packed" with two sets of cookware. 🙁

That habanero chili sounds good.....care to share the recipe? I really enjoy cooking and my wife hates it. So, I cook and she cleans. Lately, I've been making homemade pasta and homemade pizza. Oliver Garden would be envious. 😀

That's what happened to us last night. I ordered the unlimited pasta bowl thing. By the time I had my salad, 3 breadsticks, and my drink, I was full! I wound up taking home the other ½ of the salad, the entire pasta bowl entree, more breadsticks, a free piece of chocolate cake, and a 2nd helping of my drink (cranberry/pineapple mixed.) We waddled out of there with 2 bags full of food. Wendell had some for breakfast. Go figure. 😛

Me too!! 😛

I cook my Italian spaghetti from scratch from my families Sicilian recipes handed down from several generations. Wendell always digs out and scarfs down the pork chops & sausage that I put in the sauce. I just like the meatballs, but I add the other stuff for flavor. We usually have a get together with neighbors and even though I cook about 5 lbs of balls, throw in 4 chops, some chicken breasts, and lots of sausages, by the time we're done eating most of it is gone!! The men bicker over who will eat the last chop or sausage. Nasty things...LOL!!(The sausages not the men.) 😉
