Seems to be all over. I usually drive 5 mph over the posted limit and am often holding up traffic.
Same in Fl. We have a new roundabout in front of our subdivision. Apparently a substantial amount of people don't know how to negotiate these weird things. A cadillac Escalade inadvertantly decided to take a short cut across one and the complete right front wheel assembly was ripped as a result. The speed limit is 45mph so everyone drives 70mph and has to brake hard at the roundabout thus creating a Formula one "first turn" situation.
