I have found in dealing with realtors, when they try to reduce you fee, there are a great set of things to say to them.

"How much is your commission?"

"Do you like sharing your commission?"

"Since you sold this piece of property just 2 months ago, just sign right here, for an UPDATE of your paperwork, OK? You really don't need to get a commission this time". Or, "Ok, here is a check for $300.00 Just to sign here!"
