NOT WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!!

I used to survey with a guy whose background was in music theory and claimed to be able to play about 400-500 songs. He could play guitar and keyboards and a little drums. Times when we were waiting out the rain in the truck listening to the radio, he was always playing air-guitars or fingering the keyboard on the dashboard.
He was always talking about going for his Masters one day.
One day I mentioned something about cannons and fugues. He knew exactly what I was talking and went into a dissertation on the theories of each. Knowing I came from software and math background he was curious how I knew anything about it. I had read "Gödel Escher Bach".

Thanks. But I think my local radio must have broken after about #86. Now I've got something new to explore.

Very cool. Might just be enough to inspire me to dust off the strat.

WOW, Thank You. Will share this with my gifted musician son, as I could not even think about coming close in my dreams.
