I just got off the phone with a small-time developer client for whom I'm doing a topo survey. He asked, with a lot of stumbling, that I *not* send the survey to him when I'm done, but send it to his architect instead. Thinking that perhaps he thought I could only send it to one entity, I explained that I can easily send it to as many people as he would like, including him, as the deliverables consist of PDF and DWG files. That was met with even more hemming and hawing, which I finally interrupted to ask if he could share the reason he doesn't want to receive it. He was much clearer in response this time, saying that he *cannot* share the reason, but that it doesn't involve anything nefarious. I said okay, and we rang off.
Still scratching my head here.
