Smart phone question: PDF read/write/save

In regards of Smart phones (preferably Blackberry in my case at the present time), is there a PDF application on the market that allows the user(s) to:

• Load a PDF form/file originally created with Adobe Live Cycle
• Fill up the fields of that PDF form/file
• Save the PDF form/file with the information entered by the user

Browsing the internet, I understand that there are many apps that load and read PDF documents. I am looking for something to also write and save.
