A guy that looses a hammer a week isn't smart enough to hire an attorney.

It's called signing the lost equipment contract as a condition of employment.

I agree, partially. One of the smartest people I know, routinely leaves the house without his shoes. He doesn't work here, but there are people that are absolutely excellent thinkers, that can't keep up with much.

I read an article about why some people wear the same thing everyday like Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs, etc... It was because they are to busy thinking about other things to stop and decide what to wear that day, so they just buy enough of the same shirts and pants every time. One less thing they have to stop what they are doing think about.
Maybe your friend is too busy thinking to stop, and think if he has shoes on.

He's a genuine, off the chart IQ, MENSA guy. He's also related to my wife. When I first met him, I asked my wife why is he stoned all the time? She laughed and said he's always been like that. He's always got a smile on his face and is probably the most brilliant person I know. I truly thought he smoked joints daily though for a few years.

A guy that loses a hammer a week isn't smart enough to hold the dumb end of my tape.
