It's my gift, I didn't serve so I'm ineligible to challenge anyone,so no slapping down a service coin for me.
I do have a coin I earned for teaching hunter education for more than 15 years, but I'm cool just hanging out watch the challengers and the drinking.

The main reason I never considered a Veterans discount is that although, Veterans deserve our gratitude, and generally not a wealthy group, so do other people, teachers, volunteer fire fighters, survey students.... The list gets to long. Better to just charge fair prices and do a good job, and quitly shave a few charges of the bill if the client is a good person who I suspect will struggle to pay.?ÿ
