While some may say no way, it seems that the author of the bill to consolidate many boards, including engineers and surveyors, into one board is himself a PE of over 40 years from Katy. Of course he made the mistake of getting his degree at LSU instead of a really good school like TAMU.
What could possibly be messing with his ability to reason?:-(
