Title company recommended he talk to me about a survey for title coverage of two apartment sites he is thinking of buying, not quite across the street from each other. There are no record of surveys on either block, in an old area. I said $8,800 and three weeks.
His counter proposal was two weeks and $4,800 because he "has never paid more than $1,900 for a survey." I told him we are not on the same page and I withdrew my proposal.
Two weeks? Wait until he finds out some of the firms in Tucson are telling clients maybe in August.
