That's a good ruling. How many people connect online through some one's unsecure WiFi?...or through secure WiFi's...Starbucks...etc... an IP is definitely not a person.
If an IP Address were a real person, then TDD & Dori Wells would not be posting on this website, since that is not the case and that the IP addresses for them both have been blocked by Great and Power Wizard himself, that does not mean that TDD nor Dori are not here posting, since they are real people. -go figure
Very interesting that we needed a judge to tell us this huh? Common sense is just not around here anymore!
