I have a Trimble M3 with a ranger 7 controller with Trimble access. The prism constant is set to -30mm on the controller but recording distances as 0 offsets.
What am I missing?

When you say 'recording' - can you explain a little more please
What data are you looking at? and how?
If it is Access job, which version (it is on the About tab)?
Or are you looking at an exported jxl?
I can take a look if you send the job file
