1) Didn’t know them from Adam/Eve
2) Didn’t have any documentation other than the realty contract to purchase
3) Provided A Personal representative document stating they have unrestricted authority, dated 2.5 months after they died
…. (thats it…..pretty vague…)
4) Insert anything else…….
