Engineers and Surveyors Educational Seminar in Northeast Mississippi
For those of you around North Mississippi, our local community college puts on a CEU seminar twice a year for area engineers and surveyors.
This year’s fall seminar features UAS Applications in Surveying and Engineering given by the following people:
Bill Blackwelder, President, Delta Southern UAS, LLC.
Reginald Jackson, Flight Operations Manager, Certified Pilot and Accident Reconstruction
Michael Hissong, Delta Southern, UAS Pilot, Tunica County Sheriff‰Ûªs Dept. Deputy
Robert Gill, Delta Southern Head Safety Spotter, certified in UAS Safety ProceduresThe event will be at the Belden Center of Itawamba Community College just off U. S. Hwy 78 (I-22) in Tupelo, Mississippi. Access is from McCullough Blvd. connecting Tupelo and Belden and is located near the Belden Exit by Love’s Truck Stop on I-22. The time will be from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on December 2, 2016, and will include an hour long session in Ethics that will be given by me from 4:30 until 5:30 p.m. The cost will be $135 per person. See agenda attached to this message. CEU certificates will be issued at the end of the seminars, and lunch (usually excellent!) will be provided.
