About
The California Land Surveyors Association has represented licensed land surveyors and the broader surveying community in California since 1966, when it was founded by 29 charter members. CLSA advocates for the profession, promotes education, and works to raise public awareness of the value of surveying.
The association is organized into regional chapters across the state and publishes California Surveyor magazine along with a member e-newsletter. It hosts its own online member forum and a public Find a Surveyor directory, and holds an annual joint conference with the Nevada Association of Land Surveyors. Membership categories range from student through sustaining and vendor levels.
