Our offices are located in Port Orchard, Kitsap County, Washington.
We are interviewing for a position as a party chief or senior party chief. Professional demeanor, presentation, and competence are critical to us. Our work is generally with a crew of two, but we also have a place for someone that prefers solo work. Should be physically capable of solo work when needed.
We do a mix of work, if you do not have extensive experience in a certain area, training may be available for the right candidate. We perform all sorts of surveys including small and large boundaries, ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic surveys, and construction Our construction work is typically, residential plat and commercial development with some heavy civil, but no vertical work. We do some work on the local military bases. We have some projects which are Prevailing Wage (or Davis Bacon).
Candidates must be eligible to drive work vehicles. Must be physically able to safely lift typical survey equipment, drive hubs and rebar using a 2.5 – 5 pound hammer, cut line with a machete, and other typical survey tasks.
