Website Updates for 2022-09-12

Hot on the heels of the recent fiasco with a flurry of forum functionalities failing (say that 10 times fast), here's some updates that were installed just a few minutes ago. These updates/fixes are not related to the problems we were having for the last several days; these were planned updates that were delayed by the FFFF stated above.

Nicknames now appear on profile pages.
Emoticons now available for signatures and profile about field.
Auto-embeds now available in posts for bmp, webp, svg and tiff files when you paste the URL directly into the post editor.
Miscellaneous styling improvements and fixes (CSS).
Correction for canonical URLs in some cases.
Other miscellaneous bug squashes and improvements for me exclusively (neener). 😉

Oh! I nearly forgot to mention that I removed all traces of anything related to Facebook and other social media outlets. Sharing tools, Facebook login/registration, links to social media pages, etc. have all been removed.
