Surveyor asked to leave, warning shots fired

This happened not too far away, in northeast Kentucky.
The surveyor called the police, who found the man after he had hidden in the woods for two days. He was arrested yesterday and charged with Terroristic Threatening.

On the first read, I thought the surveyor had been hiding in the woods for two days and was charged with Terroristic Threatening.
Had this been from east-central Colorado, it would have been TDD for sure.
