Survey analyst/Drafter-Looking for work

Posting for a friend. Party chief/survey analyst with over 20 years of experience looking for remote office work (calculations, drafting etc). He got injured (torn Achilles-3 months out). Excellent work ethic (know him for over 10 years). His experience includes work on the largest infrastructure jobs in NYC. Capable to do variety of calculations (bridges, rails, highways).
