As soon as Gary posted, I was going to jump in with a bid, but then I saw the "re-imagined" and read the abstract. As described, it comes across as more fiction than I prefer in my historical figures. I may be reading too much into the description on the goodreads website.

I have a hard copy of this on my shelf, but must admit I've not gotten around to reading it. It's not a historical account, as far as I can tell, but it looked interesting enough to order it from Amazon at some point.
