I could make fun and list some "Preferrables" but I would certainly turn this into a P&R thing and I don't want to do that no matter how tempting.

I worked as a consulting surveyor in Abu Dhabi for several years and would do it again if I needed work. This ad sounds more like a field engineer job and will probably be filled by a young Egyptian with a degree in construction engineering or surveying.
