Course Correction
Quote from not-my-real-name on September 29, 2024, 10:11 amHere are some of the course descriptions given in several deeds I am reading for the latest project. They are all from properties on the same street.
I wrote a caption for what I imagine was in the attorney’s mind at the time they were transcribed.
You are welcome to come up with your own captions.
1.) You know it could go either way. I’m not sure. It’s your choice.

Quote from not-my-real-name on September 30, 2024, 3:00 pmHi Peter, That's a good idea. Thank you. Several of the deeds on the block are written this way, and all of them miss closing by a lot. My plan was to fit them together geometrically and go look for the stone bounds that are supposed to be at nearly every corner.
