Cooking dinner
This is Land Surveying because I cook my dinner often now on road trips.
The hardest part is getting everything ready at the same time.
I'm terrible at it.

Until you get it down pat, just eat a series of one course meals in succession ...eat it while it's hot.

Okay, so are we talking brisket wrapped in foil on the exhaust manifold or are we talking Nouvelle Cuisine here?

Kent you remind me-paving crews put their soup cans in the pre-heater on the paving machine.
At break time they stop and the crew members each grab their can of soup out of there.
I have a 14" charcoal kettle which does a nice job on chicken indirect.
