CONVERTING GNS STATIC FILE FORMAT TO RINEX

I have occupied some survey points with static method using V200 Hi Target receivers. The output files are in .gns format. I need to convert them to rinex how should I go about. thank you

The manufacturer should be able to provide a conversion program. Usually free from their website
