We lost Ralph Hines yesterday. Ralph was my first boss in surveying. A licensed surveyor since 1962, Ralph left quite a legacy. My condolences to his family and friends, and to my former co-workers and Maxey-Hines and Associates.

Although I didn't know him he sounded like the type of person any profession/community would be fortunate to have.
