I have heard by word of mouth that the gentleman that is often discussed and cited on here in licensing conversations has apparently beaten the charges and now the board is having to pound sand. Back story is he was fined for "practicing engineering" by exposing traffic camera flaws.

This timing issue is why there are no more red light cameras in New Jersey.
Just a cash cow for the governments both local and state.
