Ran across an old theodolite, and can't find much on it on the internet. It is marked "Keuffel & Esser, New York, Serial # 78319, and is missing the large lens. Wondering if it can be repaired, and if so what it might cost to repair and calibrate....

Thanks in advance for any input.

Transit if it has 4 leveling screws, not theodolite.

Looks like it was made in 1941. Parts should be available to make repairs. They were a popular make of transit.

Here's another one, if you find the parts you need.
