It's been really cool (high fifties) in the mornings for the last couple of days; quite enjoyable for walking the dogs.?ÿ The field work has also been pleasant.?ÿ Makes me feel young...a few degrees cooler and it might put me in the rut. 😉
I don't expect it to last though.?ÿ Back in the hunnerts next week.?ÿ Like our Floridian member says, carpe diem...or maybe even carpe cervezas.
Do it!?ÿ I'm into the Brown run up here where I live and fight this fight everyday.?ÿ I lose every once in a while....if catching fish is losing.....?ÿ?ÿ?ÿ ;)?ÿ
I have lived and worked at China Lake NWS and one day it hit 120 degrees and that hot of a ambient temperature just takes your breath away. Yeah it's a dry heat and you don't notice yourself sweating at all which I suppose is more dangerous than here in the south where the humidity makes the heat readily apparent with the buckets of sweat pouring out. It seems to come out as fast as I put it in and that is not an exaggeration either.
I will stick with the heat and humidity and continue to cuss and fuss and cry the blues because the dry heat does not appeal to me.?ÿ?ÿ
