And you thought it wouldn't affect our profession?

This would be a fun survey to do

I for one, find the adjustment of the border interesting but do not buy into the whole global warming nonsense. The concept of global warming is politically motivated.

I've asked people over and over again if they ever learned about the Ice Age where the vast majority of the earth was covered in ice. Most have said that they had. I asked my daughter (who is now 25) if she ever learned about the Ice Age and she said that it was never taught to her, thus explaining pushing the political agenda by non education of the topic.

Global warming melted the ice formations over time and the sliding ice and water runoff formed mountains, valleys oceans and streams, indisputable geologic fact. The amazing part of this, there was no human consumption of fossil fuels or other human acts being contributing factors.

I can go on and on about this topic with facts that can easily be researched but have gone on long enough.

Chris,

There is nothing in that article about the cause of climate change.

As you say, such massive glacial recession as I have seen in my life could be natural

Are you sure about this?

Glaciers in Europe, the world’s fastest-warming continent, are
retreating at an accelerated pace because of human-caused climate
breakdown
.

I'm with Chris on this; it's a complete hoax.

I didn't know their border was defined by snow pack and watersheds though, but I suppose it's not much different than using lakes or rivers as boundaries.
