The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald had my full attention as when it happened I was living and working just a few miles from the port at St. Joseph, Michigan on Lake Michigan.  The Edmund Fitzgerald had visited that port numerous times, I was told by locals. Such a haunting song.
