Hello
I'm not a surveyor, but currently run a machine control division for a heavy equipment company. I kind of fell into this by accident a year and a half ago, decided I liked it and have been wide open ever since. I knew nothing about it on the first day, but through my wealth of resources (google and youtube) I feel like I do pretty well to be self taught. It fits me well since I try to know a little about everything and a lot about nothing (bulldozers/excavators, surveying, IT, modeling, etc). Looking to expand a little more in the 'lot about nothing' parts of the business.
Welcome to the group!
We hope to show you as much about surveying as you can show us about machine control!

Welcome!
I work out of my office south of the Richmond area. But seeing as I'm the only monkey in this circus it takes me to all corners of the entire state, sometimes venturing into NC, WV, and MD.
