Anyone know what is going on? I was following "Surveying With Robert", (R12 Web GUI) as he was explaining the benefit of a factory reset. But after the reset the bluetooth is no longer available to connect to Access. I did the factory reset in order to get the Wifi light to start flashing (which it did) again.
I thought I might have clicked on some check box to turn the bluetooth off, but after getting back into the WebUI I could not find any kind of check box to turn on/off the bluetooth.
WebUI Bluetooth Info shows "Discoverable True". I have restarted the 18 hour counter etc. Firmware is 6.13. Bluetooth is dead, was working before the factory reset.
Time to talk to your dealer, I think.
R12 bluetooth connects to an older TSC3. But can not connect to its regular controller. Strange. Bluetooth error code 10051.
You've probably already tried this, but what about forgetting/unpairing from the newer controller, then recreating the connection?
@rover83That solved it. Many thanks. Had to do a little search to find how to delete the pairing (which was in the paragraph just below what you sent...I believe that was where I read the "how to delete pairing"), then recreate the pairing.?ÿ
