Wow, 2 hour closed book. In MD, PA and VA we were allowed reference materials.

Kick butt! We'll all be there in spirit.

The key on closed book exams is not to get hung up on things you feel you should know. Move on and come back.

I had one question in NV where I couldn't remember the answer. The last question on the exam had the information I needed. Must have worked because I got my PASSED email when I stopped for lunch on the way home...

There were a few questions about hedge row fence maintenance which I thought was ridiculous. So review some of those arcane rules.

Be sure you have the state paperwork done as well as the approval to take the test. They are not the same thing, for some reason. (farming out the testing, I guess) Also, they are very slow to issue your number when you pass, so you have to keep on them. They knew they had my paperwork because " I saw a copy of your check" in the file! They didn't cash it until months after they finally issued my number.
