I just looked at an old copy of my state surveying society's publication from 1996.?ÿ It has a pretty entertaining, somewhat satirical, but unfortunately w/ truth in it, article titled "On Membership" by John Lisack, Jr., Executive Director ACSM.?ÿ I think it would be interesting to put into a current issue.
Q1 - Does anyone know Mr. Lisack, Jr. to seek permission for "re-publication"?
Q2 - Since it has been in publication in the same newsletter before, is seeking permissive use of the article needed again??ÿ (I would prefer he know that it was being reprinted just as a courtesy).
