Anyone in canada can help with GX55 Authorization code

hi guys. New to the forum. Great place for information and help.

Im hoping someone can provide advice -

We purchased a gx55 screen off eBay. The guy wont reply to me to provide a authorization code for gx55 screen for the 3DMC software. Ive contacted Australia support and they wont provide cos screen wasn't purchased from Aus.

can anyway help or assist with obtaining this code?
