Client pays retainer.

Client: Checking on the status of that survey.

This is one of the little problems with being the person who answers the phone or reads the emails first. You want to reach out and strangle them for being so stupid.
Sort of have the opposite problem right now. Have a client that causes me to wash the syrup out of my ear after speaking with her on the phone. She is super sweet, cheery, bubbly, upbeat, etc. at all times. Sort of makes me assume she is the exact opposite in her normal life.

If we get to double digit interest rates problems like that will be less frequent.

I’ve recently had/have a client who ends every email with:

Once in a blue moon that happens but definitely not as a rule.
