"But then there's parts of the South that eat mullet."

I'm not even sure Florida is considered "The South" anymore considering all the damn Northerners that moved here. However us Crackers eat lightly fried mullet fillets with cheese grits, smoked mullet lightly brushed with bbq sauce, and deep fried mullet roe. All of which are eaten with coleslaw, and tater salad.?ÿ?ÿ ??ÿ

In whatever bizarre twists exist in the known universe, tonight's dinner is fried oysters and homemade slaw (sorry no mullet)?ÿ ??ÿ

Well there you have it, I'm that many years old. Nothing but creek and bayou cross sections for me lately .. chest deep in the creek, waiting to get the shot .. wondering in the back of my mind when mocassin mating season is .. (insert spooky sci-fi/horror theme music here) ?ÿ ??ÿ
