b) What datum are they referred to?
c) What is the likely accuracy of photo registration on Google Earth ?

Maybe I was too subtle. For finding the thing on GE a few feet don't matter. Even if you cared about absolute coordinates, item c) makes it pointless to compare to 0.01 second and highly suspect at 0.1 second.
