Good morning/afternoon all,
Just looking for reassurance. Doing an elevation certificate and A8-a is looking for square footage of "crawl space or enclosure" and reference's diagrams 6-9. The house on the site has a full depth foundation (=/- 7'), which I would take from the instructions, is not considered a crawl space or an enclosure.......or is it?? I will call it off in the comment section but should A8-a be filled out?? appreciate your responces! thanks......
I need to see a picture
This is a pic from inside the basement. You can see the window on the top right which the bottom is flush with grade outside. The total reveal for the foundation, on the outside, is about 2.5'......sorry, but it's not letting me upload the other photo's, I think there too big in size......
