Look on the bright "side"...
Roy Brown will sleep warm with three hots and a cot for the next 15 years.
Paul Allen will get what's coming when he least expects it...maybe while he's sipping an umbrella drink on some private beach...
Paul better be sleeping with one eye open for the rest of his life.

Our system works just fine... 'Nuff said.......
Simply the second guy could not afford legal representation. It is never the crime, but the nit picking legal technicalities and arguments that reduce the punishment .
