There's some renewed interest in space based internet service according to this story.

If there truly is a limited amount of spectrum available, and Lightsquared was attempting to operate in a near band available for these
types of broadcasts, would the other entrepreneurs be foolish enough to try and pick up where Lightsquared stumbled ?
