On orbit since April, the X-37B has made two major orbit changes while up there.
It will land automatically using GPS on a runway at Vanderburg AFB or Edwards AFB.

GPS Landings
I remember a USA to Paris flight back in the early 90's that was entirely conducted using GPS.
The plane was guided into the gate and missed the painted lines by a couple of inches, if I remember correctly.
(The story might have been in a POB or ACSM article.)
