I bought a new pair of Danner NMT 600 g 8" composite toe boots this fall.?ÿ I've been using insulated Red Wings for a while now and they're a good boot.?ÿ But I decided to try something different this time around.
They're great boots.?ÿ But one thing I've noticed about ALL insulated boot is....
?ÿToday, it was a bit chilly and refreshing out.?ÿ After about 2 hrs of work, my toes did get cold even with heavy wool socks so I jumped in the work truck to warm them up.?ÿ With insulated boots, it takes a while for the cold to creep in when it's miserable outside.?ÿ The problem is, it also takes a while for the heat to creep back in..?ÿ I had my feet by the heater vent with the heater going full blast, but they just weren't warming up very fast...
Oh well.?ÿ It was a good time to have a early lunch!
